Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we hand pack and inspect every shipment before it leaves our store to be sure there is no damage. Our refurbished phones have been thoroughly tested.
However, we understand that there may be occasion to return merchandise purchased online. We want that process to be as trouble free as possible.
Restocking Fee: We may deduct from your refund a restocking fee of $50 for “smart phone” devices (phones that are designed for Web and social media use), $75 for advanced, data-focused devices that are designed for Web browsing (e.g., tablets, netbooks); and $25 for all other devices.
Packaging and Accessories: Anything that comes with your purchase including printed user guides, battery chargers, earbuds, cases, and similar items are called packaging and accessories. If you don’t have the original packaging and accessories, that’s okay, but we will deduct from your refund for what is missing.
Phones and other mobile devices – 30 days
All mobile devices, including refurbished phones, have a 30-day warranty for any sort of software or manufacture glitches, as long as there are no signs of physical or water damage. Include all original packing materials and accessories with the device.
Privacy: Please remove your personal data and other information from the devices you are returning. Also, make sure you cancel any service contract connected to the device.
Accessories – 14 days
Accessories can be returned within 14 days if they are in “new condition” with the original packaging that isn’t torn or damaged.
How long does it take to process a return?
The quicker you get the item back to us, the quicker you’ll get your refund or exchange.
Exchanges: If you request an exchange and we have it in stock, we’ll ship within 2 business days using the same shipping terms as the original purchase.
Refunds: With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
Can I return an item in person?
To return your item to a store, bring it along with the original packing materials & accessories. No receipt? No problem. We can look up your item!
Accessory returns must include the original packaging in good condition – not torn up.
What if I live outside the US?
If you live outside the United States, please remember to comply with all U.S. Export Administration Regulations and control laws, and know that return shipments to Griz Wireless need to occur within the U.S.

Use the carrier of your choice
- Print the Griz Wireless Return Form and separate the return information section from the printed label section.
- Fill out the return information, then place the completed form in the box with your return.
- Pack it up. Make sure you use proper materials to prevent any damage during transit and so we receive the items in the same condition you received them from us.
- Attach the label section securely to the package.
- Drop the package at your preferred carrier.
